PHASAC is a Canadian management consulting firm based in Montreal, Québec. It was founded in 2025 by Pierre Hnoud, a seasoned executive consultant with over 30 years of international experience. Throughout his career, Pierre has worked on-site in dozens of countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the GCC.
He has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including KPMG, CGI, SITA, and IBM Canada, successfully leading complex projects across a broad range of industries. His hands-on expertise covers the entire project lifecycle from business development and sales to delivery, client service, and ongoing support.
Pierre’s industry experience spans energy, real estate, education, healthcare, oil and gas, banking, information technology, aerospace, and telecommunications. He is also the author of the best-selling book Project Management for Project Sponsors (2008), a widely respected guide that continues to support executives and project leaders worldwide.
Academically, Pierre holds a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) and a Postgraduate Diploma from Bradford University School of Management in the UK, where he specialized in advanced management research and strategic decision-making.
Fluent in both English and French, Pierre is also a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, equipping him with proven tools to lead organizational transformation effectively.
